This Model Release Form constitutes a legal agreement between the model and MUZE VISUALS LLC ("Photographer"). By signing, the model grants the Photographer the following rights:

• Usage Rights: The model grants an unalterable, perpetual, and unrestricted right to take, use, publish, and republish portraits or pictures of the model in any media, known now or in the future. This includes use for promotion, art, advertising, trade, print, and internet distribution.

• Editing and Alterations: The model consents to the digital compositing or distortion of their images, including changes to color, size, shape, perspective, or background.

• Waiver of Approval: The model waives any right to inspect or approve the finished products or associated advertising copy.

• Release of Liability: The model agrees to hold the Photographer and their representatives harmless from any liability related to the use of the images, including potential blurring or distortion.

• Legal Warranty: The model warrants that they are of full age, have the right to contract in their own name, and that this document is binding upon them and their heirs.
