At Muze Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure you as our guest have the highest quality experience, from the minute you enter our doors to the moment you leave. We ask that you please review our policies to ensure you understand how we operate our appointments. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help!

  • We know your time is valuable, and delays can happen. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may loose their appointment, and if we can still accommodate you, we may need to make changes to your service.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to canceler reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hrs in advance will incur a fee, which must be paid before booking another appointment. Contact us for more details!
